[Because he may be on house arrest but Kousetsu is part of the house so HE'S NOT BREAKING ANY RULES HERE!! Let him be free...
Or not, because apparently freedom means murder?! He knows things got pretty messy between a few of his comrades too, but he doesn't really know the extent of them, so he's doing his rounds of checks now before he starts breaking arrest to fly into the night and apologize to people outside.
For now, he just knocks on Kousetsu's bedroom door at a ridiculously early hour.]
[ Kousetsu has been more anti-social then usual lately. Sayo disappearing isn't helping matters so there's that, but also the effects that occurred the last few weeks were not helping either. ]
Kashuu-san...yes. I am. Is there something wrong? [ Kousetsu sounds ever more dreary then usual, ah. He does miss Sayo a lot so that's probably it. ]
[ Kousetsu nods solemnly as he finally steps out of his room after what seems like an eternity. He'll follow Kashuu silently to the kitchen before seating himself quietly. ]
[Kashuu bustles at the stovetop in the meantime, busy bee-ing his way through the tea-making process. Kousetsu had said he wasn't hungry, but he briefly wonders if he should bring out snacks anyway...
Until that question distracts him, at least.]
Mm - Yasusada's back to normal, too. He took things pretty hard, but he'll be fine. [A little, assured nod.] ...Thanks for asking after him, though.
...I see. I am glad that he is back to normal. [ The reply is muted and somehow even more sad then usual. Especially given what happened between himself and Yamato.
Though he knows that it wasn't Yamato's fault for what he did to Sayo, there's some twinge of resentment there anyway. ]
I must...speak with him as well. I must...apologize to him for what happened.
[Probably, anyway - if he had to guess. He knows Yamato well enough to be able to guess these things fairly accurately, at least, and knows that Yamato is absolutely the sort of person who would throw himself into the lowest bow for a fellow comrade if he had hurt them.]
...I know it's like, asking for a lot - but will you be able to forgive him? I'll take responsibility, too. I should've been keeping a closer eye on him.

Hey, you in? It's Kashuu.

Kashuu had come here with one thing in mind, but when he sees the low energy and dreariness, he switches plans in a blink.]
Nah. But hey, have you eaten yet today?
no subject
I...have not had an appetite, Kashuu-san. [ He's too sad and lonely without Sayo to really want to eat? But it'll pass, he's sure of it. ]
no subject
Mm... Well - what about some tea?
no subject
...that would be welcome. Thank you, Kashuu-san.
no subject
No problem. Just gimme a second, okay?
[And away he go-gos, off to set the kettle on and make some green tea for this sad, sad bean.]

How is...Yamatonokami-san doing?
