It is not for us to decide such things. Being spirits ourselves we should know that many linger for revenge and to get back at those who have done them wrong. [ He didn't see it. His depth perception is totally off right now. Not being able to see out of one eye is hard?! ]

[ Until he totally misses grabbing the teacup and almost knocks it off the table, ah. His brow furrows as he finally grabs it for real. This is hard Kashuu, so hard. ]

[Kashuu wisely decides to bite his tongue about spirits and revenge, since he knows Kousetsu is... well, entirely right. It's a sad and scary thing to linger on though, so he focuses instead on that teacup that ALMOST FALLS TO ITS DEATH.]

Hey, hey - seriously? You can't even pick up a cup! Let me do it.

[AN ORDER THIS TIME, apparently... He brushes past Kousetsu to set the kettle on.]

It is fine, Kashuu-san. These symptoms come and go quite frequently...or that is what I was told. I will be fine, so you do not have to make tea if you do not want.

[ Basically, yeah, so they all suffer alone when they could be suffering together?! Kousetsu might pause for a second at the hug but there's a evident smile touching his lips as he continues onward. He hasn't gotten a hug like that from anyone but Sayo in a long time. He finds that he doesn't mind it one bit either. ]

[He's going to be concerned for the rest of his life at this rate, with the punk swords he's gotta deal with and then the non-punk ones who still don't know the meaning of taking it easy.]

...yes that is correct. [ There's a sublte frown touching his features as he says that. ]

I...do not know why it is happening, it is not as if I am damaged. But it is probably linked to all of these...other occurrences that have happened thus far.

I can tell you what's happening with that. It's most likely your eye chips.

[He taps the side of his own head, as though indicating the one chip he still has left.]

But I dunno what's made it all go weird now.

...I see. That makes sense then, when you explain it that way. [ He's at least getting better at compensating for his eye. Look he even got out coasters without dropping any. ]

You should be careful as well, Kashuu-san. There is no telling what other side effects this might cause.

[It's been troubling Sayo for a while. He feels like he's been... stagnant, useless at doing stuff. Even if he help out with chores. So clearly, he need to seek more things to do.

All dressed up in his regular, fight-friendly gear, Sayo's about to make his way towards the door...]

[ He's not used to asking for help though. The bad part of being a quiet and somewhat withdrawn spirit is that one gets used to figuring things out alone. ]

...yes. I stay true to my words, Mutsunokami-san. [ Everyone knows this?! Although maybe now he should be a little worried, especially at that tone of voice. ]

I do not think you would ask something too outlandish. [ Or maybe he will?! Will Mutsu pick betray?! ]

[Good thing Kashuu is here to aggressively help out instead!! He's doing a pretty good job of it, at least, even if the task at hand is simple and hard to mess up.]

Probably 'cause I got the blindness and stuff instead, but it doesn't last very long.

[ Meanwhile Kousetsu has been entirely on edge the last couple of days, to the point where he hasn't left his room for at least a full day. So when he hears the rustling of feet and clothes moving about one morning he can't help but bolt upright and reach over to grab Sayo's wrist. ]

...Sayo. Where are you going? It's...dangerous outside, you should not be going out alone.

[ Someone is obviously out there to kill you?! ]

...I see. This seems to not be lasting very long either. It...comes and goes. But I have lost my sight in this eye for...a few days now.

[ Is he gonna be stuck like this forever?! ] Perhaps Haru-san can fix it when he returns.

[WHAT THE HECK. Kashuu gives him a mildly alarmed look?!]

Seriously? Just, like... non-stop? I'm not sure Haruji could fix it, though.

[Sayo quickly looks over and see Kousetsu. And his brother's grip on his wrist. But how tightly is Kousetsu holding onto him?]

I'm going outside, Niisama. I... can handle things if it's dangerous.

[In fact, the idea seems very enticing?!]

[ a lot of things... have been going on, most of which include death and blood and murder. but since all of that is over, it's time to check on his comrades! which is why he's brought along with him a bag of miscellaneous things (for cheering-up purposes); but for now, he's standing outside the door of kousetsu's room in swordhaus, giving it a quiet knock. ]

Kousetsu! Are you there?

[Because he may be on house arrest but Kousetsu is part of the house so HE'S NOT BREAKING ANY RULES HERE!! Let him be free...

Or not, because apparently freedom means murder?! He knows things got pretty messy between a few of his comrades too, but he doesn't really know the extent of them, so he's doing his rounds of checks now before he starts breaking arrest to fly into the night and apologize to people outside.

For now, he just knocks on Kousetsu's bedroom door at a ridiculously early hour.]

[LILI'S LOUD WHAT ELSE IS NEW - but she also kept her loudness to herself for the past two weeks, given the effect that the events had on her. Which also means she hasn't been in swordhaus for two weeks.

Not that it stops her from coming back in as if absolutely nothing changed.

So here she is, slamming open the door and announcing immediately:]

I need to find someone named Nagasone!

[A glance to Kousetsu:] Have you met him?

[ Is Kousetsu in there?! We just don't know since he's been awfully silent these last few days. Upon hearing and learning of Sayo's death and then his disappearance that hasn't made it any easier. But he eventually opens up the door to bow his head a little at Tsurumaru. ]

Tsurumaru-san...is there something you need?

[ Kousetsu has been more anti-social then usual lately. Sayo disappearing isn't helping matters so there's that, but also the effects that occurred the last few weeks were not helping either. ]

Kashuu-san...yes. I am. Is there something wrong? [ Kousetsu sounds ever more dreary then usual, ah. He does miss Sayo a lot so that's probably it. ]
